Flexible payment options for your customers

For starters, we accept and process over ten different credit card types, including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Eurocard, American Express, Diner's Club, Carte Blanche, Novus, JCB, Maestro, Switch/Solo and Optima. Your customers will also have the option of ordering through PayPal™ or wire transfer in Euros directly on your BMT Micro order form. All tiers include free phone, fax and mail order processing. Other registration services charge either you or your customers for this option, not BMT Micro!

True multi-currency payment processing

Customers ordering from BMT Micro will have a choice of paying in US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR) or Pounds Sterling(GBP). Customers are not simply presented with a conversion rate for these currencies and then billed in USD, they are billed in the currency they choose. Conversion rates are updated daily and you have the flexibility of choosing which currency you would like to be paid in. You can set a product price for all 3 currencies, or you can set a single currency price and let our system handle the conversion.

Advanced fraud detection

Over the years, we have developed a state-of-the-art fraud detection system. Our system is designed to keep you and your customers safe without the need for intruding phone calls to your customers or lengthy reviews of your orders. Our system is so reliable that we can allow you to choose the level of fraud detection used for your sales.

Vendor Split / Revenue Share

Quickly and easily handle payment to all of your partners with our Vendor Split system. Just have your partners create a free BMT Micro account and for no additional fees, you will be able to specify their BMT account as the recipient of a percentage of your product(s) sales profits.

Flexible product delivery options

Whether you need to deliver one or more full version downloads, pull keys from a predefined list, dynamically generate keys for your product or a combination of these, we have you covered!

• To deliver a full version file to your customers, simply use the control panel to upload your file and set the appropriate option for the product. Customers will have password restricted access to the file on our secure server for the period of time you decide. From your control panel, you can easily reset, expire or resend the password and download link to your customers.

• You can easily setup your products to access your locally hosted key generator via XML directly from your control panel.

• We also support Armadillo™ key generation and setup is in your hands from the developer control panel.

• Setting your products to deliver registration info from a list of pre-generated keys is easy too. Simply add the keys to your account and select the appropriate option for the product, all directly from your control panel.

• If you would like to have your key generator integrated and hosted on our server, setup is usually handled within 24 hours of your request with no extra charge.

Affiliate Network

All BMT Micro vendors are encouraged to participate in the BMT Micro Affiliate Program. This free service provides you as a developer with additional channels to promote and distribute your product. There are no additional fees to join, nor is there an additional fee charged by BMT Micro for sales through the affiliate program. You pay only the affiliates for this service. The developer control panel includes administrative tools that allow you to manage affiliate signups, percentages and view sales reports from your affiliates. We can also offer you a customized affiliate management area that is branded with your company/product logos to give your affiliates a seamless transition from your site to managing their affiliate account. Payments to your affiliates are handled by BMT Micro.

Comprehensive online reporting

Your developer control panel gives you complete reporting on all of your sales in several different formats: view them online, download CSV or XML file, or post an XML request and receive a detailed report back into your own application or database.

Order on CD

Give your customers an option to purchase a CD backup of their purchase. We can deliver custom CD media content to your customers at no cost to you. We also offer custom packaging for your media for a small fee.

Toll free phone/fax ordering (USA and Canada)

At no extra charge to you or your customers, BMT Micro will process all of your phone, fax and mail orders. No barriers to steer customers away from their preferred payment choice. We also have a direct phone line for international phone and fax orders.

Flexible coupon and bulk/promotional discount options

With the BMT Micro tiered pricing and discount schemes, you can set automatic discounts based on number of items, number of unique products or total dollar amount being purchased with support for rounding the final price. Discount schemes allow you to distribute a single discount code or multiple one time use discount codes for special promotions.

Your custom order forms can be set to track unique visitors per day. We can also implement Google™/Overture™ tracking on the final page of your order form

Real-time credit card and PayPal™ purchase with instant notification

When customers order online or over the phone using a credit card for payment, product delivery is instantaneous. Both you and your customer will receive email notification of the order right away. If your product is a download, your customers will have instant access to our secure download area.

Our system is integrated with PayPal™ to receive their Instant Payment Notifications for quick processing.

Create a custom template for email notifications sent to you and your customers. Each products customer and vendor notification can be customized using a full list of tokens so that you can control how information is presented to your customers, all directly from the vendor control panel.

All order forms can be customized to match your website and collect the information you need! You can add additional fields to your order form if you need to collect information from your customers such as "how heard" or mailing list preferences.

Plus and Comprehensive Tier vendors receive free demo download hosting on our public ftp server along with a listing in our online catalog. Our catalog has been online for 10+ years and will help to increase your site and product visibility with a direct link back to your site.

Comprehensive Tier vendors can setup a mailing list and/or support email address "@bmtmicro.com" with online access and administration.
